• At the 50th year commemoration of Liberation of Bangladesh, President Ram Nath Kovind paid tribute to Sheikh Mujibur Rehman at Bangabandhu Memorial Museum in Dhaka. He lauds the vision of founding father of Bangladesh.

• Centre has informed Delhi High Court that the Data Protection Bill, 2019 which was tabled in Parliament on Thursday, contains provisions for 'Right to be forgotten'.
