Steps to convert MS Excel File to PDF File
Step 1: Open MS Excel File which you want to create for example as shown in image below.
Step 2 : Go to file , Choose Print option as shown below-
Step 3 : Now when you click on Print option a pop up window will appear as shown below -
Now on top in printer Name select Microsoft Print to PDF , in Print range select the pages of excel sheet of which you want to create pdf and in print what select sheet of excel and click on ok.
Now pop up will appear as shown below-
Now choose location where you want to save your PDF and type your PDF name in File Name and Click on Save.
That's It !!! Your PDF will be created and saved.
