Step 5 – Now Font style and colour of text can be changed using font toolbar.
Step 6 – This textbox can be placed anywhere on the image and thus the text is added over the image.

Step 2 – Now click on Filter menu and then click on Décor and then Click on Add Border.
Step 3 – Add Border dialog box will be opened and now choose border of your choice.
Now frame of your choice will be added to the image.

Q8- What is difference between image scaling and image cropping ?
Ans 8 – Image scaling means resizing the image. It maintains the whole image as it is. It  only changes size.
              Image cropping cuts off  a part of an image to achieve the new  image and new size. It does not maintain the whole image as it is.
